Late & Cancelation Policy

Uh-Oh! So you are late, need to Cancel, or reschedule...BUMMER!!! BUT! To avoid losing your deposit, please read Starfish Kisses Spray Tans Policy below. 


THE FINE PRINT:

  • Late: 

    if you are running 10+ mins late, you MUST CALL OR TEXT (no email or social media) me to see if I can still fit you in - I will do my best (your time, mine, and the client possibly scheduled after you is all valuable). If I cannot still accommodate you, you forfeit your deposit and appointment. A new appointment and deposit will need to be created for a tan at that point.


  • Cancelations: 

    you must cancel your appointment sooner than 24 HOURS of your appointment time with a CALL OR TEXT (no emails or social media) to have your deposit refunded. If you cancel less than 24hrs in advance (including last min appointments made less than 24hrs before an appointment time), you forfeit your deposit (it’s a time slot another client could’ve used).


  • Rescheduling: 

    Because I truly understand life happens and some things pop up spur of the moment (including fevers or emergencies...ugh), if you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, if you reschedule a new date/time by the following day, your deposit will not be returned but WILL be transferred to the new appointment. I allow you to transfer your deposit to a new appointment ONE time. If you cancel again, a new deposit will be needed. If you do not reschedule by the end of the following business day, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be needed for a new appointment.  

  • (Example: Appointment time is Thursday at 5pm. You cancel at 3pm that day. Reschedule a new date immediately or by end of day Friday, and your deposit transfers! Reschedule by Saturday or after, a new deposit is needed.)


  • * Weather Cancelations: 

    Appointments are still a go, rain or shine.
